The building
Designed around training
6,500 square feet with two large mat areas. The parts most academies skip — showers, storage, recovery, parking — are the parts we spent money on, because they are what decides whether you actually make it to class.
Two full mat areas
6,500 square feet designed around training, not around square footage on a lease. Two large mat spaces mean kids and adults are never fighting for room.
Locker rooms & four private showers
Storage for your things and four private showers, so you can train and still make your next obligation clean and presentable. Most academies skip this.
Cold plunge
An Ice Barrel cold plunge on site for recovery — reduced inflammation, better circulation, faster turnaround between hard sessions.
Pro shop
Fully stocked with gis, rash guards, shorts and academy apparel. If you need it for tonight, it is on the rack tonight.
Ample parking
Park right outside the door. Convenience starts before you step on the mats.
Cleaned after every class
Mats are cleaned and disinfected after every single class. Not nightly — every class.
On site
The pro shop
Fully stocked with gis, rash guards, shorts and academy apparel for both Gi and No-Gi training. If you tear a gi on Tuesday you are not ordering online and missing a week — it is on the rack.

Standards
Cleaned after
every class
Our commitment to cleanliness cannot be overstated. After every single class the training surfaces are cleaned and disinfected — not nightly, not between sessions when someone remembers. Every class.
Skin infections are the one thing that genuinely drives people out of grappling. Removing that risk is not a nice-to-have; it is the reason a room of 3-year-olds and 65-year-olds can share a mat.

Nobody walks in knowing
what they are doing
95% of our students started with zero experience. Come watch a class, or get on the mats the same day. No pressure, no sales pitch, no contract to sign.
